Upside Over Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not happy, we are not happy. Upside Over wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We make it easy for you to return or exchange an item. We accept returns for 30 days following the date of purchase. All returns must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and tags. To expedite exchanges we suggest you place a new order online to ensure availability. Once we receive your return, we will credit your account, excluding shipping charges.
Steps:
- Fill out and include the exchange/return form included in the shipment.
- Package all products including all tags, original packaging, warranty cards, and return form.

Ship the package back to Upside Over. We recommend using FedEx or UPS with a tracking number.

COD shipments will not be accepted.

We will credit your card upon receipt of the returned merchandise, excluding shipping charges.

Please do not ship shoes back to us without putting the shoebox inside another box!
