• Fit Hint: Rock climbing shoes are not supposed to be comfortable for standing or walking. They should fit as tightly as your child can stand and should be difficult to get in and out of. They should even hurt a little at first. The leather is soft and will stretch over time, but these tend to run small. You may want to order one size up.
