Matt Moniz (Age 10)
Matt is 10 years old and has stood on the top of some of the highest peaks in the world. (Mt. Elbbrus - 18,510 ft, Kilimanjaro - 19,341 ft) He is an avid mountaineer, ski mountaineer, climber, and outdoor enthusiast. His passion for the outdoors is infectious. He has put many miles on all kinds of kid's outdoor gear and knows what he likes. Aconcagua (22,841 FT) Summited! Way to Go Matt, Mike & John!
On December 16th, 2008 Matt (Age 10), Mike and climbing partner John summited Aconcagua. Aconcagua is the highest peak in the Americas and the tallest point outside of the Himalayas, located high in the Argentinian Andes near the border of Chile and Argentina.
