This is the perfect wind shirt for almost the whole year. My son won’t take his off until high summer and then it’s back on again as soon as the nights get chilly. It is surprisingly warm for its weight and thickness and seems to shed light rain pretty well. It’s pretty good looking too. Nice colors and I like the two tone design. The pockets could be a little warmer if they were lined with fleece in the front as well as the back but otherwise this is great piece of clothing. Great price and very well done.

I have sworm by this jacket for years now! Such a great mid layer for cold weather, a lightwieght jacket for a little rain and breeze on a cool day. I never really owned a hard shell, I've always just used my waterproof/ breathable rain shell with this as a liner. It is THE perfect combination. Anyway, I was absolutely thrilled to see this in children's sizes. I bought one for my nephew, shelled it in his rain jacket (he's got the marmot Precip) and we've been cruising around all spring! Also, great price and the customer service is top notch. Very knowledgeable folks and very helpful, no pressure sales.
