I am about 5'2" and found this carrier to be the most comfortable I have ever tried for my 9 month old son. He is about 20 pounds and this pack just fit beautifully and he was so happy and calm and contented in it. It is very easy to adjust and is great for warm weather because there is no foam, just breathable mesh, as the back pad. Great for anyone dealing with the humidity of the south! The capacity is about 40 pounds and since I am so small, I will never need another one!
